I understand that a lot of people want to gather and celebrate MJ, but it’s seriously starting to weird me out. Tomorrow’s going to be insane! Good luck LA!






It seems he’s destined to die as he lived: an entertainer. We were endlessly fascinated by the ups and downs (especially the downs, in recent years) of his life, so it shouldn’t be surprising that his memorial is, to some, primarily a source of entertainment.
Whether he would have welcomed the posthumous attention he has attracted, given his love of life in the limelight, or shunned it, as was almost equally often the case, is one of many things about him which we aren’t likely to ever fully understand.
