ugh. What a freaking year people! It’s not just that we had a ton of celebrity deaths, it’s that we had a ton of way too early out of nowhere and unnecessary deaths. Cardiac arrest at 32 years old! F, man, that’s so not ok. Right now I really want to rant about how Hollywood makes people crazy… but mostly I’m too sad. We need to change something about the way we treat our own bodies, we need to change something about the way we think we need to treat our own bodies to maintain some kind of ideal. I’m not speculating anything I’m just saying. Please take care of yourselves, everyone. This holiday season and always.
