God, things sure have gotten speedier. Usually I come across something life-changing once a month. Yesterday- three things. It gave me the following insight about life:
Everything is different, but the same… things are more moderner than before… bigger, and yet smaller… it’s computers… San Dimas High School football- well, you know the rest.
Three new, amazing, maybe life-changing services:
No more shopping for books! Post ten books you’ve got, and if someone wants them, you mail ’em out. Each book you mail out is a credit (+2 to start)– anytime you want a book, look it up, ask for it, it’s yours for free. Well, you pay postage ($2) to send other’s wanted book out… But still- damn cheap!
My german roommate let me in on this little Euro secret. Not sure it’s the most legal place on earth, but you can stream just about any new movie or TV series whenever you want. I can finally feed my Entourage and The Wire fix at once…
Finally- it took the internet to get these guys back to their roots. Actually, it’s probably been fourteen years since MTV was about the music videos… maybe they timed this with Axl…
